Card Patterns - Sketch 148

Another sketch..another card!  Boy, I'm on a roll! LOL  I have to say that I am having fun with the "31 Day Challenge" ( my previous post).  I'm at the half way mark...I can't wait to show you my journal.  A post will be up in a day or two on what I have done so far.  Now on to the card...
 For this week's Card Pattern sketch, I've done a Love theme that can be used for any occassion.  I didn't use a stamped sentiment for the front of the card, but instead I used the sentiment on the pattern paper.  I am loving the Spellbinder's heart circles!  This was my new purchase at Michael's...and, I got to use my coupon on it.  What a deal!

Supplies~
pp: Echo Park{Yours Truly}
dies/punches: Spellbinders{heart circles, standard circles}; MS{lace heart border}
misc: I Am Roses{white}; Treasure Nest{red}; seam binding; Recollection{pearl flourish}

Mojo Monday 201

Another Mojo sketch...I needed a quick card for a niece's high school graduation. I also used last week's color challenge from Utah Divas International:

I don't know where I got the idea of the owl, I wish I could give credit where it's due...because it's so cute!
All the supplies are Stampin Up...except the scallop die {Spellbinders} again.  It seems like I have to use Spellbinders in all my projects. I ♥ Spellbinders ! LOL

Father's Day Card

This is one of the few masculine stamps I have in my stash....what an eye opener! LOL I need to buy some more masculine stamps.  Time to shop...oh darn! Ü  I saw Gina K. do this technique-woodgrained background.  This was simple to do and I love the woodgrained look.

Supplies~
papers: early espresso, dusty durango, whisper white {SU}; kraft
stamps: teeny tiny wishes {SU}; duck {Make An Impression}
inks: brown stazon, white pigment ink, chocolate brown dye; crushed olive, wild honey {Distress Inks}

Mother's Mojo

I love Mother's Day!  I'm not a mom yet, but love celebrating this day.  I'm so thankful to have a wonderful, loving mom and mother in law (aka my other mom).  A shout out to all the moms out there....you are all awesome!!

For this week's Mojo sketch, I made a Mother's Day card.  I used mostly Stampin' Up products.  The inside sentiment is from Imag-e-nation.  I printed the sentiment on card stock and used my Spellbinder's die.

supplies~
cs: daffodil delight, old olive (SU)
pp: Ice Cream Parlor (SU's DSP & Quick Accents Pack)
stamp sets: teeny tiny wishes, cute by the inch (SU)
punch/die: modern label punch (SU), label #11 (Spellbinders)
ink/markers: victorian velvet & spun sugar (Tim Holtz), early espresso, wild wasabi, dusty durango, melon mambo

Bewitched

I know it's alittle early for Halloween, but I had to make a card using this cute witch. All the stamps that I've used here are from All That Scraps. I used pop up dots to give the pumpkins the 3-D effect. This is my first card using copics markers!! I was pretty intimidated since it's my first time...but I had so much fun! I chalked the background to make it look like night time.

Graduation Card

This is a card I made for our niece, Haley. She's graduation May 22, 2009 from High School in Sayre, OK. Her school color is maroon and I incorporated the silver because that's what she's wearing under her gown. I'll post pictures from our trip when we get back.
