DT: Drunken Stampers

I'm so sad to say this will be my last challenge with Drunken Stampers.  These last four months have been wonderful.  A special thanks to Spike and Peggy for this amazing opportunity.

The challenge for this week is to create a card or project using chocolate or hamburger.   I think this cutie pie  is perfect for the challenge.  I would have a big smile too if I was eating chocolate.  Hmmm, that actually sounds good right now.  Ü

DT: Drunken Stampers

Hi everyone!  Hope you had a great week.  I have another card to share for this week's challenge at Drunken Stampers...the challenge is "Christmas with a summer/sunny twist".  I used an older paper stack to create this card.  This is a quick and simple card...super easy for a last minute Christmas card.

Hope everyone had a great week...welcome back to another challenge on Drunken Stampers.  This week, it's a color challenge.  Here's my card:
I think Bea is adorable...love the strawberry hat!  I stamped along the edge of the die cut with a flourish stamp using the same color as the background.  I also added some color to the strawberry border. To finish the card, I rounded the two corners with my favorite corner punch.

ink: spun sugar distress ink{Ranger}; lucky limeade{SU}; copics markers

DT: Drunken Stampers

I made this fun card...using triangles.  That is the challenge at Drunken Stampers this week.  I found this tutorial-for my card I used three 5" square cardstock.  I inked all the edges with frayed burlap distress ink and also misted the pattern paper with glimmer mist.

I made a stick pin and attached a mini ticket and seam binding ribbon.  To the image, I added glitter pen to the hearts.  The oval is inked with frayed burlap.

This is a floral spray I made...similar to this one, but with different colors.

Added half back pearl to the Fancystix flower{Nursery Tales} and leaf to the felt blossom.
 Hope you'll join us this week...we look forward to seeing your creation!

Supplies~
pp: Jack n' Jill{Prima}

DT: Drunken Stampers

Another fabulous challenge is posted on Drunken Stampers.  For this week's challenge, we want to see some acetate on your project.  Here's mine...
I just love this paper collection from Bo Bunny.  The designs are so adorable and I love the colors.  When I first saw this die set from Spellbinders, this idea for the card came to me.  I folded the ends over to insert the acetate tag.  The flowers hold the tag in place so it won't fall out.
I positioned the phrase so it was hidden by the twine.  You don't know what it says until you pull out the tag.  And the other side also has a phrase.
The tag is cut from the same die set.  I didn't want to cover up the design, so that's why I chose to use acetate. Did I mention I love this paper collection? Ü  The paper doily is cut in half since the die's so big.  It's a great layering piece.  Would you agree?
Supplies~
pp: Persuasion Collection{Bo Bunny}

dies: charming banner{Verve}; Ornate Artisan Tags and Accents{Spellbinders}
misc: pink flowers{I Am Roses}; blue flowers{Savvy}; pink twine; eyelet{American Crafts]; ribbon{Target's $1bin}; paper doily

I'm finally using my new paper stack from My Mind's Eye 6x6.  This paper collection is perfect for this week's challenge-made from kraft.  The dies from Magnolia have been used many times lately.  I just love the doily details.
