Graduation Card

This is a card I made for our niece, Haley. She's graduation May 22, 2009 from High School in Sayre, OK. Her school color is maroon and I incorporated the silver because that's what she's wearing under her gown. I'll post pictures from our trip when we get back.

Mojo Monday Week 86

For this week's challenge, I wanted to show off my favorite accessory-shoes! The weather's getting warmer in Southern Cali. So I'm thrilled to dust off my shoe boxes and bring out my fun, sexy heels for the summer. So here's to all you ladies and your sexy summer shoes!!

Details: I filled the punched pumps with Black Diamond Stickles and some more stickles to the tops of the stamped shoes for some added sparkle. For the corners of the small scalloped frames, I used Liquid Pearl(Platinum)

Our Family

Here's the scrapbook page I did for my mom as a Mother's Day gift. This family picture was taken on Easter at my parents' church. It's one of the few pictures we have where we're all together and smiling! Well, most of us are smiling. Ü

The stitched paper is from Prima and I absolutely love it! There's so much detail already, you don't need too much embellishments. I didn't want to overload the layout with lots of flowers, just a couple in the corners was enough to bring it all together.

Here is another layout of my hubby. I'm making my in-laws an album of our wedding. And it will be the perfect time to give it to them since it will be our one year anniversary end of the month.

Mojo Monday Week 85

This is my first Mojo Monday sketch-perfect for a Mother's Day card. I dug through my stamps and found my "happy" stamp from Hero Arts. I thought it was perfect for this sketch. I also distressed the center to give it a vintage look. I had so much fun making it, can't wait for next week's sketch.
