DT: Stamptacular Sunday~

We have another great challenge for you to try at Stamptacular Sunday...."DOILIES galore"!  So use any type of doily you have and create a project or card.

For my card, I used a heart doily die as the base card.  I cut a second doily and used the center as a layer.  The papers were edged with walnut stain distress ink.  For the banner, I scored each side and adhered with foam tape for dimension.

Supplies~
paper: Serendipity{Basic Grey}
stamp: You and I{Verve}
tools: nesting doily hearts, heart doily{Lifestyle Crafts}; I Heart You die{Verve}

stamps: Chocolate Smile{Mo's Digital Pencil}; Yummy{SU}

DT: Unscripted Sketches~ Hello Kitty

Hi Everyone!  This is the last sketch for 2012 at Unscripted Sketches.  Thank you for participating and sharing your talent with us!  We look forward to having you join us again in the new year.
I used the Hello Kitty paper pad and matching embellishments.  Some of the corners were rounded with my corner chomper.  The chipboard embellishments were adhered with 3D glue dots.  This is my first project using my Hello Kitty stash.  I was able to snag some Hello Kitty goodies at Michael's.  I remember going to the mall and would always stop by the Sanrio store...I still stop by now and then to look at all the pretty merchandise!

Supplies~
paper: Hello Kitty paper crafting pad{Sanrio}
misc: Hello Kitty chipboard shaped embellishments{Sanrio}

DT: Stamptacular Sunday~mittens card

Happy Sunday everyone!  We have another fun & fabulous challenge at Stamptacular Sunday..."emboss me"!  All you have to do is create a project or card using embossing...any type of embossing.  Don't forget to include a stamp!

I love the colors and designs in this paper stack.  For my card, I used a stitched mat die for matting and curled one corner.  I wanted to show both sides of the design paper since one is of mittens.  The sentiment is embossed with sparkle embossing powder...lots of sparkle.  This is now one of my favorite embossing powder!

Supplies~
paper: Jolly Holiday{Recollections}
stamp: Winter Mittens{Verve}
tools: Rectangle Stitched Mats{Lil' Inker Designs}; tagged rectangle die{Verve}; heart punch{EK Success}; aspen border punch{MS}

DT: Unscripted Sketches~card using chipboard

Hi everyone...are you all ready for Christmas?  Got those last minute gifts from your list?  I am all done with my shopping, but have lots of wrapping to do.  Love the shopping part, but I drag my feet when it comes to wrapping(especially the odd shaped ones).  Just a couple of gift card holders to make and double checked my list in case I forgot someone.  That is the worst during Christmas shopping....just when you thought all the shopping is done and then find out you forgot someone.  Now you have to fight street traffic and store traffic....ugh!  Well, I hope this is not the case for all of you.  That being said...HAVE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS! Ü

Now on to this week's sketch from Unscripted Sketches....we can't wait to see your project.  Hope you'll play along!

Here's a card I made using some chipboard stickers.  I rounded the two corners using my corner chomper.  The papers were sponged with Vintage Photo distress ink.  The chipboard stickers were so white, I sponged them also with the distress ink...it looks so much better against the kraft.  Plus it looks more vintage...love it.

Supplies~
paper: Holly Day Wishes{Recollections}
tools; poinsettia die{Magnolia Doohickey}
misc: Santa chipboard stickers{Recollections}; brads{Lasting Impressions}
